Bára Baštová, Interior Laboratory

Bára Baštová is an architect of interiors and the owner of the studio Interiérová laboratoř [Interior Laboratory]. She has been interested since childhood in the ways people deal with the interior space in their homes, so her career path has led her in that direction. She studied at the Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic. Her studies included internships at the Welsh School of Architecture in Cardiff and the Department of Building and the Environment of the Danube University in Krems, Austria. As an architect, she devotes herself to designing commercial spaces as well as projects for individuals. In one of her upcoming local projects, she chose to use TechniStone® in the Elegance Eco Nev decor. ‘In my opinion, engineered stone comes in more varieties and is more durable than natural stone’.
