The core values and approach to business are demonstrated by Technistone in the Compliance Program.
As a member of Wilsonart® Engineered Surfaces, Technistone accepts the Wilsonart Global Code of Conduct and Global Anti-Corruption Policy documents. Compliance with them is a moral obligation of the company and as such, together with the Compliance Program, commits Technistone, its employees and agents to act responsibly towards colleagues, suppliers, customers, business partners, government authorities and the public.
Technistone's management does not tolerate any unethical practices that may damage the reputation of the company, its employees or agents, disrupt relationships with business partners, affect the company's market position, or otherwise negatively impact the company's operations.
With the growing global presence of Technistone, there is also a growing emphasis on self-education in the area of established policies, transparent communication and compliance with moral and ethical regulations. The individual parts of the Compliance Program thus define a basic pattern of behaviour for managers, employees and company representatives and impose the obligation to follow these principles.
Technistone strictly adheres to the current data protection measures and requires its employees and representatives to comply with them as well.
The core documents of the Compliance Program are the Code of Ethics and the Anti-Corruption Policy. The Company operates and maintains an ethics hotline to notify or report questionable conduct or behavior that is in violation of the Compliance Program.
