We’d like to share with you the inspiring story of the synergy between the creativity of the Italian architect Francesco Ambrosino and engineered stone from Technistone. Francesco is the founder of the studio that carries his name, which specializes in architecture and interior design. He gets his inspiration from his native soil, which in his case is the beautiful Italian island of Ischia.
Francesco has specified engineered stone in the marble-inspired decor Crystal Calacatta Silva for two of his recent commercial projects — two colorful shops hidden away in the streets of sunny Italy. Francesco has worked with engineered stone since 2016, and he makes it part of his projects not only because of its attractive looks, but also because of its technical advantages. As Francesco says, his trust in TechniStone® grows with every project he completes. Subtle patterns like those of Noble Arieto Bianco and Crystal Absolute White are among his favorites.
How does Francesco get started on a new project? The most important thing for him at the beginning is his client’s vision, but he also draws upon the atmosphere and character of the place where the project is located. He only moves on to creating drawings after carefully observing the setting. He is present on the worksite from the very moment ground is broken for a new project.
We are proud to be part of Francesco’s creativity and contribute to the aesthetic dimensions of his projects. Have a look at these photos of a café and bar he recently designed. Isn’t it beautiful?
