We are in the process of replacing the second polishing line in the production area, and we have decided to fit it with the latest polishing technology from Breton. The whole operation, including the dismantling of the old line to the actual installation of the new equipment and its start-up, should take just two months. The team, made up of 12 external companies and Technistone employees, will only have two weeks to complete the work.
"We had to stop part of the production in order to build a completely new finishing line within the killer deadline of 2 months. Thanks to its higher calibration power and the new Breton Xaturn grinding wheels, the new line will offer a higher capacity and better polishing quality," says Technical Director Tomáš Duda of this year's significant investment.
